Hi Denis

Please find attached the Request to Change Existing Approval form, as discussed, to formally change the original GIA request into a permissible change request.  I understand that the correct fee has been paid for the PC – can you please advise if your records do not reflect this.

This request is seeking to change the signage requirements under the DA to reflect the proposal plans submitted under the GIA request.

Please note that the ownership of the land changed in December 2015 (to an entity created by the former applicant - Empirica Developments) and hence, the request is made in the new entity as applicant and owner.

I’ll be in touch to discuss progressing this request.

Good morning and Happy New Year,

The above application was presented at the weekly Development Assessment meeting this morning and it has been determined that the proposed amendments to the signage cannot be assessed as Generally in Accordance with the approval as the proposal is in conflict with the conditions.  A Permissible Change to an Existing Approval (and to change the conditions) is the appropriate application and the difference in the fees is $1162.  This can be paid via the link below.
