It is suggested that the current condition, Condition 27(e) be changed to only reference the
State Planning Policy (2016) requirements and that the proposal to over treat runoff from the
site be accepted as a recognition of the importance of the Lake MacDonald catchment.

It is considered that the stormwater quality treatment approach nominated within Covey
Associates Report 100415 Iss. B will serve to appropriately manage stormwater runoff from
the proposed development.
