Log in to see the plans as drawnAllotment Overland Drainage There is insignificant ground surface surrounding the building and it generally falls toward the street. There are no defined surface drainage channels and it is considered storm water sheet flows toward the street in these locations. The car parking area surface was severely damage and had many low spots. A severely clogged PVC pipe was found in the carparking surface, see photo below. It could reasonably be assumed that this was once a surface water drainage pit/pipe for this carpark. It is also likely that this pipe is connected to the roof water pipe which outlets to the kerb.
