As part of the application we request your council’s discretion with regard the area shown as Native Vegetation
Clearing, Koala Priority Area, Koala Habitat Area and Biodiversity Significance &, since there is no native or
koala vegetation on the property. The maps only show shadows from adjoining vegetation.

We request concurrence response not be required, as this is unnecessary fees the client can save.
