    1      PETITION: REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL PARKING ADJACENT TO THE NOOSA
           LEISURE CENTRE AND NOOSAVILLE LIBRARY
           Council Resolution
           Moved:           Cr Wellington
           Seconded:        Cr Jurisevic
           That the petition tabled by Cr Wellington requesting that Council supply additional
           parking adjacent to the Noosa Leisure Centre and Noosaville Library be received and
           referred to the Chief Executive Officer to determine appropriate action.
                                                                            Carried unanimously.




    2      PETITION: REQUEST FROM NOOSA PICKLEBALL CLUB TO PERMIT QUAMBY
           PLACE COMMUNITY TENNIS COURT TO BE REPURPOSED AS PICKLEBALL
           COURTS
           Council Resolution
           Moved:           Cr Wellington
           Seconded:        Cr Glasgow
           That the petition tabled by Cr Wellington requesting that Council enter into an agreement
           with Noosa Pickleball Club, permitting the Quamby Place Community Tennis Court to be
           re-purposed into four pickleball courts under the administration of the Noosa Pickleball
           Club Inc., be received and referred to the Chief Executive Officer to determine
           appropriate action.
                                                                             Carried unanimously.
