mitigation measures include:


        Careful consideration of site hydrology to avoid changes to Melaleuca wetland;
        Treatment of stormwater through bioretention basins or other similar treatment devices;
        Careful management of cleaning water, disinfectants, detergents and other pollutants on
         site and / or containment of contaminated runoff.
