I have reviewed the revised plan of development for the above referenced subdivision application, with particular reference to the nominated conservation covenant areas as requested in Item 7 of the Information request issued by Noosa Council. I am satisfied that the extent depicted in the revised plans captures the majority of the ecologically important areas within the site as per the recommendations of our Ecology Report submitted with the application.
