ORDINARY MEETING AGENDA 18 AUGUST 2022
Is there an opportunity to opt for an
outsider looking from the outside and into
the shire?
Will this prove useful to stop navel gazing
and provide a different perspective or
lens?
Would this perspective be valuable?
Indigenous and Inclusive
representation — are the views and
perspectives of these groups well
represented within the PCG group?
Should these criterion trump other skillsets
and qualifications?
Representation of self versus
representation of many — how balanced
and representative is the PCG?
How do we strike a good balance between
individual versus collective voice while
ensuring that the community feels heard?
Is it more important to have
representatives that speak on behalf of the
wider community versus an individual
interest but small network?
Non-traditional criteria — a skill or
benefit that was not specifically asked for
but is an interesting perspective and may
add significant value to a PCG.
Investors, developers, individuals with
significant networks that could be
leveraged (e.g. —- someone who can
connect us with international Chef's de
Missions, Tour de France route planners
etc, etc)
