3    PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT
The proposed Townhouse Development primarily involves:

    1. 14 townhouses with garage spaces;
    2. Two multi-unit buildings with a total of 20 units;
    3. 24 undercover parking spaces for residents;
    4. 12 visitor parking spaces;
    5. Vehicular access from Eumundi Noosa Road at the north-west corner of the site;
    6. Hardstand pavement area for vehicular manoeuvring;

    7. Dedicated landscaping throughout the site; and

    8. Communal pool area located at the south eastern corner of the site.
