Material Change of Use and Operational Works to Establish Multiple Housing (Type 2 Duplex) 9 25 Edward Street, Noosaville sewer line. As per the Existing Services Code, the footing of the structure is located no closer than 1.5m (measured horizontally) from this sewer infrastructure. As demonstrated by Figure 8 below, the subject site is surrounded by a mix of residential uses predominantly comprising multiple housing, typically of a larger scale than that of the proposed development, such as the 6-unit townhouse development that adjoins the site to the west. Adjoining the site to the north and on the eastern side of Edward Street are a number of other duplex developments. Thus the proposed development is consistent with the prevalent character of the locality. Project No – 170414
