                        LOCATED AT 67 SEAVIEW TERRACE SUNSHINE BEACH 4567.

I write on behalf of my clients, DOMINIC & CERA WATTERS as owners of the property located at 67 SEAVIEW
TERRACE SUNSHINE BEACH 4567 described as LOT 71 RP 81810.

As outlined in the attached drawings, my client proposes to construct NEW GARAGE & FIRE SAFE BLOCK WALL
PARAPET which will require Councils consideration in relation to changing the existing Development Approval.
