REPORT
Planning Scheme Codes Location of Response
Development Codes
Business Activities Code The proposed development does not require any building
work as the use will be within an existing building (ie the
proposal seeks to change the use internally within an
existing building) therefore the majority of the components
of this code aren’t applicable as they relate to building
design, streetscapes, services, landscaping etc. We
provide a response to the ‘Location’ and “Effects of Use’
components only within Table 5.
Works Code The proposed development is within an existing building
that is fully serviced. The only component of the Works
code that is applicable is the Driveways and parking code.
As the proposal does not seek to establish any driveways
or carparking areas, the only applicable criteria to address
is PO6/AO61.1-AO6.4. A response to these is provided in
section 5.1.
Overlay Codes
Acid Sulfate Overlay Code As the proposed use does not require any building
works/earthworks, responding to this code is not required.
