We ask that council consider this amendment to the conditions of the Decision Notice issued 27% June 2014, as it is in General Accordance with the approval. “In this instance, it will not be necessary to replace the existing watermain. It should be noted that our records show that this watermain is an asbestos concrete main and that care should be taken while working in close proximity to this pipe.” John Naughton (A copy of his email dated 24/2/2015 is attached.)
