As per our telephone conversation today regarding the following advice from J Naughton of Unity Water,
see below, regarding Condition 34. We ask that council consider this amendment to the conditions of the
Decision Notice issued 27% June 2014, as it is in General Accordance with the approval.

“In this instance, it will not be necessary to replace the existing watermain.

It should be noted that our records show that this watermain is an asbestos concrete main and that care
should be taken while working in close proximity to this pipe.” John Naughton

Please consider our request and provide details on paymeni of the $425 fee.
