Dear Nadine,

In relation to the abovementioned development application (MCU21/0220) and Council’s Information
Request dated 3rd March 2022, on behalf of Jasemri Pty Ltd TTE, we hereby request an extension of the
Applicant’s Information Request Response period in accordance with s.13.1 of the Development Assessment
Rules 2017.

The applicant is requesting a further extension of 3 months to allow sufficient time for the necessary
information to be collated in response to the matters raised in Council’s Information Request.

The proposed revised period is till 3/12/2022.
