| (We), make the following submission: 

 

 

| would like to lodge an objection to the above application for a home based business at 8 McKenna Court, Noosaville.
My main concern is the high levels of noise generated by the children, sometimes screaming in fear, singing etc.

| have been at home when the swimming school has been operating and the noise level is very high.

| don’t feel that this is fair on the neighbours that are home regularly and am confident that the approval of this business
would have a negative affect on resale value for all surrounding properties.

There is also the issue of the high number of cence parked in the street during lessons.

Due to the noise levels, | don't believe that this is the type of home business suited to the area or zoning of the land.

We purchased our property three years ago, but only moved in December 2016.
