Issue
The submitted information lacks detail as to how the proposed WG20 Grate will be installed.
Information Required
Provide updated plans, prepared and certified by an RPEQ, detailing how the proposed WG20 Grate will be installed, including information on, but not limited to:
The tie-in at both ends of the frame, namely the interface of the hinge pin and handle with the existing K&C; and
The structural arrangement as to not compromise the existing pit’s structural integrity.
Provide RPEQ’s certification, confirming that the proposed grate does not reduce inlet capacity and is suitable for the intended use.
Provide the proposed grate’s Technical Data Sheet.

The due date for providing the requested information is 23 October 2020. Please advise Council of your response to this information request in accordance with section 13 of the Development Assessment Rules.
If you do not provide a response before the due date, it will be taken as if you have decided not to respond to the information request and Council will continue with the assessment of your application.
