 Topography and        The site slopes from the north to the south towards the intermittent waterway
 views                 along the frontage of the site.

 Existing vegetation   The site includes large and diverse areas of vegetation types including
                       plantation timbered areas, vine forests and tall open forest types.

 Existing waterways    The site includes three existing dams extending from north to south across the
                       property.
