Re: Development Application situated at 1 Tingira Crescent, SUNRISE BEACH described as Lot 11 and Lot 0 on
SP112633; Request for a Material Change of Use.

In relation to the abovementioned property, on behalf of Yu-Hsi Pai we hereby submit a Material Change of Use
application in accordance with the Planning Act 2016.

Please find enclosed the following documentation to facilitate Councils assessment of the submission:

        •      IDAS Forms 1;
        •      Owners and Body Corporate Consent;
        •      The Town Planning Report and relevant supporting Appendices; and
        •      Noosa Council’s Electronic Correspondence Agreement form.

Once receipt of the application has been confirmed we will organize payment of the application. Council has
previously advised a reduced application fee of $4,135.
