Dear Michael,

This letter is to inform Noosa Council of our intention to reside and undertake a
Home Based Business Type 2 at our residence located at 20 Juniper Court,
Perigean Beach.

We are a husband and wife team of Osteopaths with no employees.

Our proposed operating hours are :
Monday 9 am - 5 pm
Tuesday 2.30 pm - 6 pm
Wednesday 9 am - 5 pm
Thursday 9 am - 6 pm
Friday 8.30 am - 1 pm
Saturday and Sunday Closed

Within our operating hours Maria proposes to work:
Monday 9 am - 5 pm
Wednesday 9 am - 1 pm

Within our operating hours Matt proposes to work:
Monday 9 am - 2 pm
Tuesday 2.30 pm - 6 pm
Wednesday 9 am - 5 pm
Thursday 9 am - 6 pm
Friday 8.30 am - 1 pm

During our working hours there may be ourselves and up to two clients present
at any one time on site. This means a maximum of four people on site at any
one time when we are both working (Monday and Wednesday mornings as
outlined above). For the remainder of our working hours there will be a
maximum of two people on site at a time.
