You are advised that:
The response to the information request has not addressed the items adequately as outlined in the Information Request dated 23 September 2021.
Issue - Fencing for Covenant Area
The response to Information Request Item #7 states “a double gate is installed along the hinge joint fence which provides a minimum clearance of 300mm from the ground and a series of small cutouts at ground level can be provided within the hinge joint fence to assist with improving fauna passage for local macropods”. These proposed fence adjustments have not been included on the updated Vegetation Management Plan.
Advice Required
Please further amend the VMP and subsequent plan RP05 to include the locations of the double gate and the proposed cut outs in the bottom of the hinge joint fence and provide detail of the width and height (minimum 300mm) of the cut outs that will allow for the passage of fauna.
