6.0 Conclusions
The applicants, as outlined within this assessment report, seek Development Approval for a Material Change of Use of

the existing site for Low Impact Industry and combined Operational Work. The site being 1 Taylor Court Cooroy on Lot 1

SP324430.


The proposed use of the site is consistent and in accordance with the strategic intent of the Low Impact Industry zone.

Further to this the application has been made in accordance with the legislative requirements of the Planning Act 2016

and warrants code assessment. The development has been found to comply or be conditioned to comply with the

outcomes sought by the relevant codes of the Noosa Plan 2020.
