1.        EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The following Tree Management Plan (Report) regards 2 trees at 3 Ferguson Street Sunshine
Beach 4567. The subject site has been identified as containing trees that could be impacted
by the proposed development.
The project scope included an assessment of the trees and a Tree Management Plan (TMP) to
identify and discuss:
▪     likely impacts on all trees;
▪     justifications for trees requiring removal; and
▪     any methods that should be implemented to minimise or avoid the impacts on trees that
      are to be retained.
Adam Demler assessed the site and collected data on the trees on 5 September 2025.
The proposed development relates to construction of a proposed Vehicle Crossover (VXO).
