3.     PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT

The development relates to construction of a Vehicle Crossover (VXO)
Steps to build the VXO that were considered as part of this VMP:
▪    necessary vegetation removal including any stump grinding
▪    preparation of ground area – minor (<100mm) site scraping (excavation)
▪    import gravel or sand bed for the base
▪    box out area and install reinforcing materials (e.g., steel mesh or rebar)
▪    pour and level concrete into the prepared formwork.
