Theatre, Restaurant, Shops & FunctionRooms & Operational Works is acknowledged.
Please find attached an Acknowledgement Notice prepared in accordance with section
3.2.3 of the Integrated Planning Act, 1997. The Acknowledgement Notice contains
information relevant to the processing and assessment of the application.
You should be aware that the application is to be referred to a referral agency.
Accordingly, you are required to forward a copy of the application and the attached
Acknowledgement Notice to the referral agency within three months. Attached for your
convenience, is a letter that should be completed and returned once all relevant material
has been referred to the referral agency.
You should be aware that the application requires referral coordination as it is within
100m of the boundary of an area that is a critical habitat, a protected area, subject to a
conservation agreement or an area of major interest under the Nature Conservation Act
1992. Accordingly, you are required to forward a copy of the application and the
attached Acknowledgement Notice to the Department of Local Government, Planning,
Sport & Recreation. Attached for your convenience, is a letter that should be completed
and returned once all relevant material has been referred to the Department of Local
Government, Planning, Sport & Recreation.
Preliminary assessment of the application indicates that further information is needed
for Council to complete the assessment and determination of the application. This
request will be forwarded to the Department of Local Government, Planning, Sport and
Recreation.
