•   Resident in Noosa for at least 5 years
•   Ability to represent broad community perspectives
•   An understanding of community issues, aspirations and
    challenges relevant to Noosa’s future
•   Established connections and credibility within the local
    community including participation in community, sporting,
    environmental, cultural, social, or volunteer organisations
•   Strong existing networks and the ability to engage with,
    understand the views of, and navigate different community
    perspectives
•   Relevant skills, knowledge, and expertise in subject matter
    that supports the functions of the NDSC.

Other considerations will include:
• Diversity of lived experience, backgrounds, and demographics
• Geographic diversity to ensure perspectives from across
   Noosa Shire are represented
