RE: Response to RFI – Hoy Road, Lake Macdonald 4563 QLD

Energex have advised that the proposes residential subdivision at HOY ROAD, Lake Macdonald, being
undertaken by INDIGO GROUP will require overhead power reticulation throughout the site due to the
rural zoning classification. This will require easements to be placed on properties which width and
dimension shall be defined in detailed design as it is directly associated to the conductor blowout of
each individual span. Generally, easement designs are undertaken to the worse-case scenario and
applied throughout the development for consistency as there is often little difference in each affected
section, however this can be reviewed on a case-by-case basis where required to minimise widths and
impacts to property building formats as necessary.
