RE:      CORRECTED PROPOSAL PLAN
Development Application – Material Change of Use of Premises for Entertainment and Dining
Type 1 Food & Beverages (Outdoor Dining) over Land situated at Sound Park, 90 Noosa
Parade, Noosa Heads described as Lot 32 on N21854.

I refer to the above and Council’s recent request for clarification of the proposed outdoor dining areas. It is
noted that the original proposal plan submitted to Council contained a number of errors and as a result of an
on site meeting with Mr. Glen Conforti and Ms. Michelle Stirling of Sunshine Coast Council an amended plan
has been prepared.

This plan indicates the proposed outdoor dining area and dimensions and reflects the existing layout on site.
It is requested that this plan be assessed as part of the application.
