3.2 Topography
Site topography is “Plain” <5% to 10% slope.
3.3 Assessed Bushfire Status
The location of the site is in an area mapped as a:
• Medium Bushfire hazard Area on The Noosa Plan bushfire Overlay and
• Potential Bushfire Buffer on Queensland State-wide Potential Bushfire Intensity Mapping.

is displayed as a key consideration of bushfire risk assessments in this report is an assessment of
potential bushfire intensity and radiant heat loads.
