GENERAL COMMITTEE MEETING AGENDA 12 DECEMBER 2022
14. No commercial deliveries or collections are permitted on site.
21. This permit lapses on 17 December 2022 unless written consent is provided by
Council to extend the approval. In assessing an extension, Council will have regard
to any complaints received from nearby residents concerning breaches of the
development approval conditions, and any other relevant matters.
The applicant submits in support of their application that they have met the conditions of approval.
The applicant acknowledges that while Council has received complaints and allegations about a
range of matters, the applicant considers these complaints to be unsubstantiated. The applicant
also submits that the:
• Collection of the deer will still only occur over one evening and therefore no additional
vehicle movements will be attributed to the provision for additional kill.
• Due to the success and popularity of the products offered, the applicant wishes to have a
refrigerated vehicle collect products once a week to deliver to customers.
• The delivery vehicle will collect the packaged products on site between 9am to 4pm
Monday to Friday, once a week.
• The proposed changes to conditions will not have any significant impact on the existing
operation.
