WATER QUALITY AND DRAINAGE CODE

Comment: A Stormwater Management Plan has been prepared and certified for the dwelling
house and secondary dwelling. As no changes to built form are proposed, no further
assessment is required.

WASTE MANAGEMENT CODE

Comment: Waste will be stored and collected as per existing arrangements. Waste will be
stored on the driveway behind the retaining wall along the front boundary. Refer Figure 2.
