2. be in writing
3. be signed by each person who made the submission unless the submission is made electronically

As J work in the Lionel Donovan Drive area I am supporting the application. There is very much
I a need for somewhere to buy lunch easily WIthout having to get into your car. We don't use
Neosa Civic because of this.

The plans look like a quality industrial development with all uses that you would expect in an
industrial area. The service station is of a size that is keeping with being able to offer a range
of items, not just fuel and newspapers. It is also in a good location for us to be able to fuel
vehicles to and from work.
I The addition of new industrial buildings and further development can only be good for the
