                              The proposed access is
                              predominantly         located
                              outside of the mapped
                              riparian buffer area. The
                              proposed     boundary     line
                              between Lots 1 and 2 avoids
                              traversing the mapped native
                              vegetation area.

                              The proposal is considered
                              compliant with PO1 by
                              avoiding (where possible)
                              mapped            ecologically
                              important areas to maintain
                              existing habitat areas and
                              linkages, and minimising the
                              required vegetation clearing
                              and rehabilitating the site at
                              1:1 ratio.

                    containing acid sulfate soils. No filling or
                    excavation is proposed. No further
                    assessment is required.
