On behalf of the landowners of units 1 & 2 / 6 Martin Street Peregian Beach, QLD 4573, real property described as Lots 1 & 2 on SP 215946 & Lot 0 GTP 345 (the site), please find the following application for operational works.
For reference, please see decision notice – minor change approved by Noosa Council (Council), dated 26 November 2025, made under the Planning Act 2016, Councils reference 132004.4029.02 & RAL22/0010 (decision notice).
The following application references the attached in compliance with the above-mentioned decision notice.
Please find enclosed a development application for operational works. In support of this application, please find attached:
Landscaping Plan prepared by Tristan Smith;
Stormwater Management Plan, prepared by Recor;
NSC Approved Plans;
PDC Geotech Investigation Report; and
CSI Soil Testing
Further reference is made to the site’s development approval for building works, issued 4 June 2024. The decision notice speaks to this requirement, however, this permit has already been submitted and approved (attached).
