Dear Sir/Madam,

RE: Application for Operational Work (Earthworks – Stockpile Fill) – 215 David Low Way,
Peregian Beach.

This letter is in relation to the aforementioned application; and provides clarifications in
relation to the application package provided.

Application for Operational Work (Earthworks – Stockpile)

The application is made to secure a permit for the stockpiling of fill on site. It is noted that fill
will be stockpiled outside of the development area associated with higher order
Development Approval MCU13/0251 dated 29 May 2014. The following supporting
documents have been provided in support of the operational works application:

       IDAS Form 1
       IDAS Form 6
       Site Plan

Application Fees for Operational Work (Earthworks – Stockpile)

Due to the minor nature of this application, we are seeking a reduction in application fees
applicable.
