Dear Sir,

I wish to inform you of my strong OBJECTION to planning application MCU10/2083.

I believe there is no demand for this type of development from local residents that
justifies the rezoning of the site from residential to commercial use.

The proposed shopping types are already available in the immediate area. Most of the
businesses will be merely taken from the existing local shops causing financial hardship
and possible closures.

The development will have a range of negative impacts on residents living closeby such
as traffic problems , cooking odours, noise, late night lighting etc.

I see no justification for approving the development and attendant rezoning and trust you
will not approve it.
