If Council were to approve this DAin any form, I request that the period of
approval be reasonable but short and that the staging be reversed to provide for
the Hotel to be exclusively for visitor accommodation with the possible
exception of one or two manager/caretaker's units. I also request that the
developer be informed that the period of approval will not be extended.
