I wish to oppose the proposed development of a resort hotel at 61 Noosa Springs Drive, Noosa
Springs on the following grounds:

   a)    According to the application: "The proposed development has a site cover of 17.84% this
         being substantially less than 40% allowed for the Tourist Accommodation Zone."

         This statement is not true. The total development, including the proposed development,
         far exceeds 40%:

    b) The proposed development does not comply with the intended built form outcomes
       expected within the ROSZ under the relevant performance outcomes. This includes a
       maximum building height of two storeys and 8m from ground level. Further, it exceeds the
       maximum site cover of 10% and exceeds the maximum allowable GFA of 100m2.



    c)   Summary of tree survey and proposed retention within the potential Koala Flabitat Area:

         Trees surveyed: 96 (85 in koala habitat area) Trees to be removed: 50

         Non-Juvenile Koala Habitat Trees surveyed: 44 (41 in kola habitat area) Trees to be removed:
