The new works require relaxations to the maximum building height in metres and storeys

Building Height in Metres
The proposal plans indicate 2 portions of the building additions will exceed maximum
building height in metres above Natural Ground Level, being the top of the new passenger
lift shaft (to approx. 9.4m) and external timber cladding features to the new atrium area (to
approx. 8.6m). These are indicated as penetrating the height envelope in the perspective
view in Figure 4 below.
