Notice to Adjoining Landowners
MCU 15/0003 Proposed Recreational Vehicle (RV) Stopover
17 Mary River Road, Cooroy - Lot 1 SP242414

In accordance with the provisions of the Sustainable Planning Act 2009, please be advised
that Council has submitted an application for Material Change of Use to obtain a
Development Permit to allow the use of part of the property described above as an RV
Stopover Area. Up to 40 fully self-contained vehicles (motorhomes or caravans) will be
permitted to stay at the site for up to a maximum of 4 nights.

Please note that the area to be utilised is that part of the property that is cleared and utilised
under a permit to occupy by the Combined Coastal Car Club. Council has liaised with the
Car and Pony Clubs who support the application.

The purpose of this notice is to inform you of the proposal and give you the opportunity to
view the application and make a submission or lodge an objection, prior to the application
being considered by Council.

The comment period is from Tuesday 10th March to Wednesday 1st April, 2015.
