In relation to the abovementioned property, on behalf of TEMPO FAMIGLIA PTY LTD, we hereby submit Other Change application in accordance with s.50 of the Planning Act 2016. Please find enclosed the following documentation to facilitate Council’s assessment of the submission:
•          IDAS Form 1,
•          IDAS Form 2,
•          IDAS Form 5,
•          Certificate of Title and signed Landowners’ Consent,
•          Town Planning Report and supporting Appendices.

As discussed previously with yourself, Council had agreed to discount this application. Council were to charge the applicant the same fee for a Minor Change (as opposed to an Operational Works Permit) given the minor assessment involved.

Please arrange for Council’s payment link to be generated so prompt payment can be made.
