Re: Generally In Accordance change request
At: 22 Grant St Noosa Heads Qld 4567
We are writing to request a minor change to the existing development approval for the
duplex development at 22 Grant Street in accordance with the approval dated
27/01/2023. We have reviewed the approval and believe the change described below will
be consistent with the site requirements and will not affect the overall integrity and intent
of the existing development approval.
The change sought is as follows:
1. Nature of the Change: We are seeking to change the inlet pit type from that on the
approved plans to the same style as currently installed in an adjacent development
as illustrated below. We note that a single inlet was removed and would propose
replacement with a new single lintel/inlet.

2. Rationale for the Change: This is a like for like replacement with the inlet/pit that
was removed and was proposed to be relocated.
3. Impact Assessment: No other impacts are anticipated from the proposed change.
4. Revised Plans and Documentation: The change will be recorded on as-built plans
to be provided to council.
We kindly request that the council consider this minor change to the existing
development approval and review it to confirm it will be generally in accordance as
described above.
