The tree does have intrusiuons into its SRZ being the existing Kerb and channelling and
existing footpath which are not a consequence of the proposed development.
It is recommended that the existing footpath within the SRZ will remain in situ and the
alignment for the new kerb and chanelling will remain within the existing alinment, this being
the case retention of the tree is possible.
The driveway entry is shown to be posiotioned just outside of the trees western canopy.
Proper protective fencing will be required prior to and during works as per Australian
Standard 4790 Protection of Trees on Development Sites 2009 and must stay in place until
works are completed.
Lift pruning of the canopy may be required over the current parking bays located within the
road verge along Eumundi Noosa Rd. Any pruning and remedial works are to be performed
as per Australian Standards 4373 Pruning of Amenity Trees 2007.
Any driveway footings or works which may interfere within the SRZ will need to be approved
and performed under supervision of the project Arborist. Upon successful completion of
these works, the health of the tree should not be detrimentally impacted.
