Risks & Opportunities
The November 2020 Capital Program Delivery Status Report identified that risk surrounding the
delivery of the Capital Program was resultant of resignations and resourcing constraints within
the Design and Delivery team. This risk will remain until these positions are filled.
The recruitment process for replacement and additional staff is currently in progress with
interviews of applicants undertaken in early January and the recent appointment of the Delivery
Coordinator who commenced on 27 January 2021. Additional appointments will continue over
coming weeks and throughout February to fill vacant project positions. As required, projects have
been re-profiled and adjusted through the budget review process to accommodate the current
resourcing impacts.
