As discussed, pursuant to section 33 of the Development Assessment Rules, the applicant agrees to extend the referral agency assessment period to 21 January 2022.

The reason for the agreement is to allow sufficient time to discuss the issues that will be raised by the State Assessment Referral Agency (SARA) under separate cover.

It is noted the response by SARA is due today (17 December 2021).

Please confirm by today that SARA agrees to the extension of the referral agency assessment period being proposed.
