This is to advise that the above addressed property has been advertised on the
Noosa Luxury Holidays website, though there have been no holiday bookings taken
for that property at all and there have been no guests at all in the property.

The only people that have stayed in the property are the owners.

The owners of this property engaged Noosa Luxury Holiday to market the property
for holiday rental prior to understanding the council approval process. Once the
process was understood the availability was taken offline and no bookings have
proceeded or been processed.

Please see attached the standard ‘Terms and Conditions’ that are presented to
holiday guests checking into the Noosa Luxury Holidays properties.
