Notice of Referral of Development Application for a Material Change of Use for Multiple Dwellings (96 Units)
at 28 Eenie Creek Road, Noosaville QLD 4565 (Proposed Lots 17 – 19) – Council Reference: MCU21/0146

In accordance with Section 5.3 of the Development Assessment Rules, we wish to advise that a copy of the
development application, including supporting documentation, application forms and the Confirmation Notice
received from Council for the above-mentioned application, were forwarded to the Department of State
Development, Infrastructure, Local Government and Planning (‘DSDILP’) as the State Assessment Referral
Agency and Energex Limited as an Advice Agency on 08 September 2021. The relevant referral fee is in the
process of being paid by The Applicant in order to make the application ‘properly referred’.

The cover letter presented to DSDILP and Energex Limited for this referral under Section 54 of the Planning Act
2016 is attached for your reference.
