   Noise generated by the proposed alterations will include:

          people inside the worship centre;
          people inside the offices;
          people inside the meeting room on the lower ground level;
          people on the friendship terrace; and
          air conditioning plant.


   Worship Centre, Offices and Meeting Room
   The worship centre will be used for worship services for the school and the congregation. The noise levels
   inside the worship centre will be the same as the services that are held in the existing naturally ventilated
   church building. While the worship centre will be closer to the residential boundary, it will be air conditioned
