3 The Proposed Development
3.1             Development Description
The proposal is to develop a tourist resort consisting of hotel rooms, villas, retail, restaurants, function
rooms and communal facilities (pool, gym, tennis).

Proposed operating hours are between 7am – 12am for restaurants and function rooms. Operating
limitations are recommended (Section 7).

A site plan of the redevelopment is presented in Figure 2. Further samples of the development plans are
shown in Appendix A.
