      That Council:
         A. Note the report by the Planning Coordinator to the General Committee
            Meeting dated 6 October 2026 regarding Application No. MCU23/0007 &
            RAL23/0001 for a Material Change of Use – Multiple Dwellings - Affordable
            Rental Premises (19 small dwelling units) and Reconfiguring a Lot – 4 lots into
            2 lots situated at 45-47a Maple St Cooroy and 9 Myall St Cooroy;
         B. Approve the Development Application for Material Change of Use – Multiple
            Dwellings - Affordable Rental Premises (19 small dwelling units) and
            Reconfiguring a Lot – 4 lots into 2 lots in accordance with the proposed
            conditions outlined in Attachment 1; and
         C. Note the report is provided in accordance with Section 63(5) of the Planning
            Act 2016.
